I am not feeling well – can I receive a refund? |
We have changed our refund/exchange policy for tickets. Patrons are encouraged not to attend an event if they are feeling unwell. Illness refunds will be processed beginning three days prior to an event. If notice is given later than 5pm the day before the event, the refund will be on account for a future performance. |
What time should I arrive at the theatre? |
All events are now reserved seating only and will now include timed entry & seating by zone to reduce wait times and crowding in the lobby. Your zone is on your ticket and will be emailed to you prior to the show. |
Which doors do we enter for a show? |
For reduced capacity events, enter through the Dalhousie Street doors only. Covid-19 rules apply. |
Is there social distance seating options? |
Reduced capacity events will have socially distanced reserved seating enforced as part of the ticket sales process. Some events may continue to be sold as full capacity events but will not take place until public health guidance eliminates the need for distancing. |
Will there be bar service available? |
Bar service will look different when we re-open with more contactless payment options to reduce cash handling, expanded pre-order options, and changes to processes to reduce waiting in line. Bar service will be subject to provincial regulations in force at the time of the event and may not be available at all events. |
Will there be an intermission at performances? |
We will be suspending intermissions to reduce audience crowding in the lobbies. This means that if you desire a drink during your visit, ordering before the show and taking it to your seats is recommended. |
Are there new entry, exit and seating procedures? |
There will be reduced number of patrons in the lobbies before the show with set timed entries by a zone seating system. All tickets from now on will have zone information printed on them. For ticket holders from our postponed events, we will be providing a list of your current upcoming tickets including the new zone information. If your tickets for an event are in multiple zones, use the lowest number zone for your party. Announcements will be made following the event to allow orderly exiting the building by zones. |
How can I protect myself while attending an event? |
Hands-free sanitizer stations are available at each entrance and masks will be available at the entrance if you did not bring one. Washroom entry doors and fixtures are now hands-free. On entry show your tickets to our staff for scanning. They will no longer be handling your tickets. |
Will the educational programs continue to run? |
We look forward to welcoming students and teachers back when it is safe to do so and when our education partners have resumed support for field trips. Please check our educational page for updates on programming. |
