Mandatory restrictions have been lifted
The City of Brantford has made changes at City facilities including the Sanderson Centre to align with provincial changes to COVID-19 restrictions. Proof of vaccination, mandatory masking requirements, and indoor capacity limits have been lifted. Continued vigilance and use of passive screening, physical distancing when possible, and staying home if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms remains encouraged.
While masks are no longer mandated, we ask that all visitors remain kind, considerate and respectful of other people's choices.

I am not feeling well – can I receive a refund? |
We have changed our refund/exchange policy for tickets. Patrons are encouraged not to attend an event if they are feeling unwell. Under our new healthy visit policy, illness refunds will be processed beginning three days prior to an event. If notice is given later than 5pm the day before the event, the refund will be on account for a future performance. |
How can I protect myself while attending an event? |
Hands-free sanitizer stations are available at each entrance. Watch for signage in the building for current safety protocols. On entry show your tickets to our staff for scanning. They will no longer be handling your tickets. |
