Rental Rates - Theatre
Daily Rental Rates Effective July 1, 2010
Commercial
Rent $2500.00 against 12% net ($4000.00 cap)
If admission is less than $10.00 $2000.00
Non-Commercial
Rent $1500.00
If admission is less than $10.00 $1200.00
Charitable
Rent $900.00
If admission is less than $10.00 $720.00
Competition
For competitive events where the building is open to the public beyond a typical ticketed performance period of less than four hours, a 60% premium on the applicable rental rate will apply. Surcharge will not be charged on competitive events unless the event includes a ticketed performance.
For all categories, the following discounts from the base rental rate are available:
- Partial Day (up to five hours) 20% discount
- Rehearsal / Setup only 40% discount
