Rental Rates - Lobbies
Lobby rental is based on use of the lobby for up to eight hours. All lobby rentals include one staff person, basic setup and cleaning, chairs, and tables (in inventory) at no extra charge. Hourly rates are available.
- Rent $450.00
- Hourly (minimum two hours) $90.00 / hour
- Rent $350.00
- Hourly (minimum two hours) $70.00 / hour
- Rent $650.00
- Stage events are subject to collective agreement with IATSE 129, additional charges
- For all categories, the following discount from the base rental rate is available:
- Weekday (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) 15% discount
- If rental period exceeds eight hours, hourly charges will apply for the additional time.
Additional Costs (only if necessary for your event)
- Additional Stagehand $27.00 per hour
- Front of House Staff $18.25 per hour
- Insurance Call for price (if eligible or supply own)
- Ticketed events are subject to building surcharge of $2.50 per ticket.
