An up close and personal encounter with 4 of Canada’s distinguished artists in the Sanderson Centre main lobby.  Each night will include them telling the story of their careers with the use of video, still photos, readings and/or an interview segment with host, Cameron Smillie.  Surprise performances are also possible!

Overview – Mr. Bateman will talk about his specialized vocabulary and will review artwork that it is presubmitted*.  This session is open to a maximum of 25 visual artists. *(each artist attending is invited to submit 1 image, details to follow)

Internationally recognized as a leader in Indigenous performance Santee will talk about her life in dance and creation. A mother, performer, producer, choreographer and designer from the Kahnyen’kehàka Nation, Turtle Clan.
