Do you have a lost and found?

Yes we do. Please use the Feedback form to let us know you have lost something. A staff member will contact you during regular business hours. If it is an emergency and necessary that you recover the lost item after hours, please dial 519 752-9910 for assistance.

How can I tell if a date is available for rent?

Our on line events calendar is not an exhaustive listing of all events taking place at the theatre. Many private functions and booking holds do not appear on the calendar. For a current list of available dates in the date range you are interested in, please use the Contact Us form to send a request for available dates to the theatre manager.

What does it cost to rent the theatre or lobbies?

Please review our rates pages for details. Click to view lobby rates or auditorium rates. There are a number of discounts available for charitable use, partial days and non-public performance events. For auditorium rentals, box office fees and labour costs will also be applicable. Event requirements vary widely so please use the Contact Us form to send a request for specific costs to the theatre manager.

I am a performer or represent a performer and would like to perform at the Sanderson Centre. Who do I contact?

Please contact the theatre manager using the Contact Us form if you would like to perform at the Sanderson Centre. Include links to any demo or promotional material that may be available.

I have a complaint. Who do I contact?

Send all complaints to the Theatre Manager using our Contact Form or by telephone 519 752-9910 x5029.
The Sanderson Centre is operated by the City of Brantford. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may also contact your ward councillor for assistance.

Is it possible to receive giveaways for a charitable event I am involved in?

The Sanderson Centre is proud to support many local charitable causes throughout the year. We have a limited number of complimentary tickets available to assist local organizations in their fund-raising efforts. All requests must be made in writing on the organization's letterhead at least thirty days before your event. Your request will be reviewed for eligibility and you will be contacted for follow-up. Please address your requests to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Are you hiring?

Any vacancies for all non-stagehand positions such as ticket sellers, ushers, bar staff, cleaning and building maintenance staff are posted through the City of Brantford's Human Resources Department. Click to view all job postings with the City of Brantford. Stagehand staffing requirements are provided exclusively through IATSE local 129.

Can individuals or groups arrange tours of the theatre?

We love to show off our theatre. We are available for school, social group or day camp tours on weekdays where no events are scheduled or at other times by special arrangement. Please contact the theatre manager  to arrange a time for your tour.

For individuals wishing to explore the theatre with visiting guests or just to relive childhood memories, we make every effort to accommodate drop-in visitors to our box office for a spontaneous visit. If you want to ensure you will be able to tour the theatre before travelling here, please call ahead to our box office at 519.758.8090 or 800.265.0710 to confirm the theatre is not in use when you plan to visit.
